Rykert O. Toledano, Jr. is senior partner with over 35 years of extensive litigation experience in the federal and state courts. Mr. Toledano litigates in many areas of the law including divorce, custody, criminal defense, personal injury, zoning, land use, and business. Mr. Toledano is currently serving as Parish Council District 5 Councilman.
Mr. Toledano formerly served as Covington City Attorney and City Judge for 17 years. He is also a certified mediator in civil matters with Mediation Arbitration Professional Services (MAPS) located at Two Lakeway Center in Metairie, Louisiana.
City Business recently honored Rykert O. Toledano, Jr. as recipient of the 2010 Leadership in Law award. He is an active community leader having served as an officer or president of numerous law, business, and civic organizations including The St. Tammany Bar Association, The Covington Bar Association, The Greater Covington Chamber of Commerce, and the St. Tammany Economic Development Foundation. Mr. Toledano is a member of the Class of 2008 of Leadership Louisiana and is one of the founding fathers of the annual Three Rivers Art Festival in Covington.
He is admitted to the Louisiana State Bar and numerous Federal District and Appellate Courts.
